Viride by Goula / Figuera
For all serial plant-killers out there, Barcelona-based designers Álvaro Goula and Pablo Figuera have come up with a clever and stylish product to help keep your indoor plants alive.
Viride is a series of sleek plant-holders with LED panels attached to spindly arms portruding from the base. The different models are designed to provide optimum light for different types of plants and can be programmed to switch on and off automatically, thus replicating the ideal growing conditions. One version even has an integrated sprinkler. If, despite all this high-tech assistance, you still manage to kill the plant, then at least you are left with a rather good looking lamp.
