The Zenso Bar Stool Low is a beautifully sculptural counter height bar stool designed by Formstelle for Zeitraum. The distinctive shapes of the seat and backrest are inspired by the "Ensõ", a motif common in Japanese calligraphy which symbolises enlightenment and elegance. The seat and backrest are supported by a solid wood frame with hind legs that extend upwards to support the backrest, a bold design which gives the stool a strong, imposing presence. The Zenso Bar Stool Low looks great in contemporary and traditional design schemes and works equally well in commercial and domestic environments. The stool is part of the Senzo Collection which comprises a Chair, a Bar Stool High and a Bar Stool Low.
The Zenso Bar Stool Low is available with its frame in solid oak or American walnut (with matching veneers for the moulded plywood seat), please make your selection in the options below. In addition the oak version of the chair can also be stained in 11 different colours. For added comfort the stool can be specified with a fully upholstered seat with or without a padded backrest (both available in leather or fabric). Please contact us for more information on these options.
