The Trumpet Coat Stand is a sculptural and practical coat stand designed by the Danish architect duo Space Copenhagen for Mater. Nine push-pin-shaped discs in three different sizes are fitted to the stand and positioned at angles perfect for hanging hats, scarves and umbrellas. Trumpet is crafted by the ancient technique of sand casting in a small workshop in Northern India. The raw material is derived from 70% aluminium waste. Trumpet is flat-packed for ease of transportation. The Trumpet Coat Stand works well in both residential and public spaces, especially in hallways, reception areas and offices.
The Trumpet Coat Stand is available in 2 finishes: polished or black powder coated. Please refer to the Mater Material Catalogue and feel free to contact us for more information on available options.
