The Spiro is named after its structural design: an assemblage of delicate concentric wood circular modules, through which light flows, achieving a quasi hypnotic effect. This type of design derives from the "Op Art" - optical art - developed in the 1960s as an artistic style which used geometric shapes to generate optical illusions.
