The Memories Rug, designed by Isabella Sodi for Golran, is a collection of rugs suspended between the past and future. The starting point is the precious art of carpet weaving, centred in particular on the ancient Oriental techniques. To these, the futuristic design approach is applied, making use of very personal colours, made of light variations which vibrate between the sheen of silk and the “dusty” patina of wool. The collection, which is enriched every year with new colours, is available in its basic version: linen, wool, silk, and natural fibres; cashmere can be added at customers' request.

Designer
Isabella Sodi is a young Italian designer who, swinging between Florence, Rome and Milan, focuses on interior design, fashion design and product design. Isabella collaborates with several international design brands, amongst which Golran.
