Very responsive and helpful. FedEx needed additional information and even though it was Christmas Eve Andrew got out of his way to reply to emails quickly and called FedEx to resolved the issue. I received my package in less than a week. Great experience !!

We are SO happy to have found Andrew and the Do Shop! Andrew worked tirelessly to help my clients secure 11 pieces of furniture for her backyard, to be shipped to her home in Canada. Andrew was always responsive, thorough, and stayed on top of things throughout the entire ordering process.
