Aluminium shelves with solid oak columns form the basis of the Estante cabinet. Upholstered back and side panels with aluminium and upholstered doors can then be added to some or all of the shelves to create partially or fully closed cabinets. The upholstered elements dress the Estante and add a sound-absorbing function, going beyond mere decoration. The perforated aluminium doors present an attractive contrast while minimising acoustic interference.
