Thesis Wall, created by Spanish designer Ramõn Esteve Studio for LZF, is a discrete wall light designed to provide warm, welcoming light with minimal distractions. The shade of the Thesis wall light is made of a sheet of natural wood veneer, held in place by a sleek metal structure with three prongs. Each prong contains an LED element that diffuses light downwards whilst casting a radiance that quietly highlights the natural timber veneer.
A slim horizontal metal arm with a suspension cable extends the shade to more than 1 metre away from the wall, a highly architectural and practical design to recreate the effect of a suspension light with a light fixed to the wall, a particularly useful arrangement for spaces with high ceilings unsuitable for suspension lights. This sleek and minimalist light is well suited to quiet places: in a library, private study or cosy corner, both in residential and commercial spaces.
Collection
The Thesis wall light is pat of a collection which includes a table light and a floor light. These are available in multiple finishes (for both the metal frame and wood veneer).
