Noè Duchaufour Lawrance trained in metal sculpture at the National School of Applied Arts and Crafts (now called Arts Décoratifs) in Paris. Noè is the son of a sculptor. He began his career as a designer in 2000 and since 2003 he obtained the "Best Design" award from the "Time Out - Hotel and Restaurant Magazine" for his design of the restaurant Sketch in London. Alongside his architectural achievements, Noè designed some candelabra lights in crystal for Baccarat, some bottles of perfume and many other furniture products, like the Corvo Chair. Noè enjoys revisiting the curves of Art Nouveau, drawing his inspiration from its effortless naturalism.
