There is something poetic and mesmerising about clocks, the way the hands move languidly across the clock face as they mark the passage of time. Stockholm-based design studio Humans Since 1982 has captured the essence of this beauty with A Million Times, a beguiling installation featuring 288 clocks which together form a "meta clock". The hands of the clocks are stirred into action once a minute, like synchronised swimmers, forming intriguing shapes and patterns as they show the time in digital style. It is impossible not to be drawn into the spectacle and we can't find a better way to while away our time.
