The Unimaginary Project by Beatrice Cordara
In this Instagram-obsessed world we live in, it sometimes feel as if products are created just to look good in an exhibition, magazine or on a mobile phone screen. Beatrice Cordara, who just graduated from the Masters course at the Design Academy Eindhoven, questions this obsession with the perfect image by seeking inspiration from images which are corrupt or flawed and turning them into real products such as tables and chairs. In doing so she has, unwittingly perhaps, created products which are remarkably beautiful and, dare we say it, image perfect.
