The Opera Armchair is an elegant armchair designed by Studio Giovannoni and produced by Ghidini 1961. The design is inspired by the classic Chesterfield sofa but in a modern interpretation with the roundness of its shapes and the fluidity of the lines; its backrest, on the other hand, maintains the classic capitonnè look. The Opera is ideal for both private and contract use.

Designer
Stefano Giovannoni lives and works in Milan. He graduated in architecture at the University of Florence and since then he has been focusing on the world of home accessories and kitchenware. Stefano has collaborated with companies like Alessi, Amore Pacific, Cedderoth, Deborah, Fiat, Hannstar, Hansemm, Helit, Henkel, Honeywell, Kokuyo, Inda, Laufen, Lavazza, LG Hausys, Magis, Mika-kuto, NTT Docomo, Oras, Oregon Scientific , Pepsico, Pulsar, Samsung, Seiko, Siemens, Sodastream, 3M, Telecom, Toto, Veneta Cucine, and many others. - Structure: Base in plywood panel and polyurethane rubber of different densities
- Cushions: Back cushions in high grammage wadding on wood structure. Seat cushions in polyurethane rubber of different densities. Back cushions covered with a quilted goose down in cotton lining
- Seat, backrest and armrests: fully upholstered
- Covers: Seat and back cushions cover are removable for both fabric and leather versions
- Base: The Opera sofa and armchair are based on aluminium structure composed by round profile and feet die casted in house at Ghidini 1961; the metal base is available in 16 different finishes

Care and Maintenance
Do not use dissolvents for cleaning; only use a soft and dry cloth, mildly moistened when applicable and if necessary; very specific brass and copper polishers are also recommended

Delivery - United Kingdom
The UK delivery charge for this product is based on order value, including free delivery for orders above certain values. You can check these charges at the Shopping Cart or Checkout.

This product will be sent by a courier using a kerbside, non-timed service.
